Payment Terms

Our system will collected 50% of the total amount due at the time of booking and remainder 30 days prior to rental start date.  If rental date is within 30 days, 100% is due at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked between 30 and 14 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that without extenuating circumstances.

Changing Form of Payment

If you wish to change your form of payment prior to the second payment you will need to call for any alterations - 800-664-0610.

Additional Guests

We do not charge any per guest fees, however the maximum number of guests is the number listed on the property description.  It is a violation of house rules to have any guests beyond total number as shown on property description.
