Bathroom Essentials
Great bath towels, makeup towels, toilet paper and more is essential to a great guest stay. No one wants a scratchy towel or toilet paper that is paper-thin, yet we also have to be environmentally conscious and in some cases kind to our sewer or septic systems too. These are our 'Top Picks'.

Furniture and Appliances
Good mattresses make a difference - in our units we have used standard mattresses, Tuft & Needle, Leesa, and more. We also have had our fair share of TVs and TV replacements. We also have had to find good appliances for unique spaces. Our recommendation on furniture is durable, no glass, use anchors..... oh we could go on. Smart Locks
Front door smart locks are essential. We actually used Schlage Encode and had pretty great luck.. until we had a hard time getting them. These are what we now use and love. Pro Tip - change code for each guest, we use the last 4 digits of their cell number.
